Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OHMBID LLC ("Ohmbid", "we") and cover your use of Ohmbid, an estimating tool for electrical contractors. By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts and early access

We're opening accounts to shops in groups. Creating an account reserves your plan. You won't be charged until your account is opened and you log in for the first time. You can cancel your reservation at any time by emailing hello@ohmbid.com.

Billing

The Shop plan is $149 per month or $1,490 per year per company, with 3 users included and extra users at $19 per month. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you won't be billed again after the current period.

Your estimates are your responsibility

Ohmbid helps you count, price and present bids. The prices, labor hours, quantities and totals in your estimates are yours to review before you send them. Starter assemblies and labor hours are examples to adjust, not guarantees. Ohmbid does not provide engineering, code compliance or load calculations.

Your data

You own the plans, prices, estimates and customer information you put into Ohmbid. You can export your estimates at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OHMBID LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or bids.
