This policy explains what OHMBID LLC ("Ohmbid", "we") collects when you use this website and create an account, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, shop name, email, optional phone, shop size and the kind of work you bid.
- Files you send us: price sheets, quotes and plans you upload or email so we can set up your account.
- Usage data: pages visited and buttons clicked, collected with Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To open and run your account, and to email you about it.
- To import your prices and set up your estimates.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to Ohmbid.
We don't sell your information. Your prices, estimates and customer details are yours and are never shared with suppliers or other contractors.
Service providers
We use hosting (Vercel), analytics and advertising (Google) and email (Postmark) providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@ohmbid.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
