Is it per user or per company?
Per company. The Shop plan includes 3 users. Extra users are $19 a month each.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. It's month to month with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime from your account. If you pay yearly it's $1,490, which saves two months.
When am I charged?
We're opening accounts to shops in small groups this fall. You won't be charged when you sign up. Billing starts on the day your account opens and you log in for the first time.
Do I need to pay for a price feed?
No. Ohmbid prices from your own supplier's price sheet or quote, which you upload as Excel or CSV. There's no separate price feed subscription.
What if it doesn't work for my shop?
Cancel from your account and you won't be billed again. Your estimates export to Excel so you keep your work.
